Lamictal side affect of hives? Help!

I recently started taking Lamictal 2/28 and my psych said it could cause Steven Johnson’s syndrome and to be wary of any side effects. Well last night I broke out in hives, can y’all tell me if this might be related ? They look like this but in other areas
