Iām hypomanic right now, I was triggered by rejection/abandonment this week and I just put two and two together about a half hour ago. I can feel it getting worse, freezing up to the point of being non verbal after a rollercoaster day of being up and down chronically aggravated. When I get like this I forget everything, my coping mechanisms or things that help calm me down. Do you guys have anything you would want to pass along that helped you when you felt like this?
Also what do you guys do about stimulants through an episode? Stop taking them? I have ADHD and rely on it to get through school.
