Vyvanse makes it harder to tell where I'm at

So I take an all day stimulant (vyvanse) and I'm also on vraylar for mood. Vraylar helps me manage the highs mainly and does little for the lows, however, I usually am still able to tell if I'm in a depressed state or hypomanic. Now when we mix vyvanse into the story, I sometimes straight up can't tell where I'm at. I like how vyvanse helps my adhd, but it brings out tendencies have have when hypomanic even if I'm depressed.

Has anyone else experienced this with stimulants?

I've seen online that stimulants can possibly cause bipolar symptoms to show more, but that is so vague imo.
