Is anyone stable without a mood stabilizer or is it impossible?
Post Body

I’ve tried abilify but it made me too restless and time went by soooo slow, I felt like I was being tortured. I tried Lamotrogine but I felt numb on the medication.

I was on Latuda for 1 year but I felt like a shell of myself and I couldn’t wake up for work for the life of me. My personality changed also, I was very quiet and reserved. I actually just decided to stop taking it about 2 weeks ago and have had some mild hypomania but nothing I can’t manage.

I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck with no mood stabilizers? Or is it impossible?

For reference I am taking Wellbutrin and trintellix right now.
