Have y’all told people you interact with on a regular basis that you are bipolar? Like coworkers?
Post Body

I’m personally pretty open about my mental health. I know some people look at it in a negative way but I don’t really mind that. I sometimes wonder if people view me as weak though because of my emotions. However I know I am not. I personally feel like it shows a lot of mental strength to be open about it and not care. I’ve had at least two people I use to be really cool with call me bipolar and not want to talk to me because they said I was acting “ridiculous” when I know I wasn’t. I feel like they were just upset that they can’t control my emotions anymore like they are use to. Either way good riddance to them.
