Does anyone else randomly feel like they are going to pass out when walking or standing up?

I’m tapering off 150mg of Zoloft and now on my 3rd week of 20mg-50mg Lamotrigine. I’ve been feeling like this for a while even sometimes before switching meds. I be feeling like it’s my normal depressive or BPD fatigue trying to creep though the meds. But idk 🤷🏽♀️
