Antipsychotic stomach problems

Between Mirtazapine and then olanzapine (90% due to the latter) I'm having pretty bad stomach problems. I'm not eating heaps anymore which is great but my stomachs not liking whatever it is. How do y'all deal with the stomach issues? It's definitely a side effect from upping doses and starting olanzapine. But I've just started taking abilify too and if it gives me more stomach problems I'm gonna need something to help
