I'm so loud

Is there anyone else who speaks at a high level of volume? My sister has autism and she just moved in with me and at least 2x a day she asks me to lower my voice. I don't mean to talk so loud I just have no control over my volume. I have to focus really hard to have my volume be at an acceptable level.
