Coping with anger
Post Body

I've been twice diagnosed bipolar 2. I take 300mg oxcabenzapine 60mg prozac. The meds I'm on quell my anxiety and depression, but all I'm left with is anger. I'm either angry, irritable, or feel nothing. Some moments my blood boils for no reason/rational reason and others I'm just filled with rage all day long. If I'm not angry I feel blah. I just want to feel level. I'm thinking about adjusting my meds and have an appointment set for next week. In the meantime, does anyone have any tips or advice on how to cope with my anger? I get irritated that I'm so angry all the time and that just fuels the flame. It's frustrating and I end up lashing out on those who don't deserve it.
