So I was prescribed valium 2mg yesterday and supposedly it's meant to knock you out for a good 4 to 6 hours if not more especially when it's my first ever dose, and first ever benzo. I just put 2 and 2 together and realised that I'm waking up every 30 to 120 mins to go pee. How can I go about stopping that? I'm also on Mirtazapine and olanzapine and in theory I should be sleeping uninterrupted for the entire night if not more than I should be sleeping. But with all the meds (in morning also take Cymbalta and Candesartan) how can I go about waking up less? I also just put 2 and 2 together and realised during the night from when I take the night time meds and when I wake up to go have brekky I'm drinking a good litre to litre and a half during the night. So I'm thinking it may be because I'm feeling thirsty I drink lots of water and that's just waking me up to go pee every hour. Any suggestions? How can I drink less water at night but quench the thirst and dry mouth? So for tomorrow night I can hopefully get more solid sleep even if solid sleep lasts 4 hours I'd be happy
