This is something I'm constantly asking myself, especially on the downswings when I'm not as productive.
Money is tight and makes me constantly feel like I'm not doing enough and I think that's triggering mood swings faster and I already have rapid cycling.
I take my medication, journal, meditate, try to eat healthy and my brain is still on fire. I don't want to switch meds again because the meds are good I think it's the current economy that's really messing with me.
Any advice on how to get my brain to shut up? Just for a minute, a day, anything.
