I️ recently got left by my wife, I️ was in a state of mania for a while and it just got to the point where I️ went into psychosis. Anyway a few psych hospital visits and a rehab later and I️ realize I️ lost everything I’ve worked for, all my friends and my wife. I️ feel like life isn’t worth living anymore and don’t know how to even begin to start fixing things, I️ feel like a total failure and moron and can’t believe what the manic episode made me do.
