I have a little business online that helps me scrape by but even that is hard, even though I have big dreams. Being consistent is hard.
Did you guys get fired a lot? Because when I was in my 20s, I got fired like getting fired was my actual job.
But now I’m terrified of conflict because I only have two modes- passive and snatch your eyes out. So as soon as someone even raises their voice to me at work, I ghost the entire place. I’ve even ghosted whole cities. I don’t understand how anyone deals with conflict or consistency. Can’t do it.
