Anyone else can't remember meds for shit?
Post Body

I have tried like everything. Changing when I take them, setting alarms, keeping them in a visible, consistent location to hopefully catch my attention, trying to attach them to a routine... I have never, in my 10 years of being on antidepressants, gone a month without missing a dose. I typically get maybe a week before I forget to take them for a few days, then wonder why I feel like shit, remember, and scramble. This obviously interferes with them actually doing their job, and while I was thinking of just tapering off entirely, I remembered the whole part where being bipolar is one of those mental illnesses that doesn't really do well without meds. Is it just me? What's helped you guys?

Alternatively, are there meds that don't need to be taken daily? Because that'd be great lol
