Post Body

Hello, im a male thats 27 and just recently been diagnosed with type 2 bipolar. I've had a feeling I knew this for awhile and it has greatly effected my life and relationships. My question is how do you have faith that your partner is going to stay with you when so much has happened already? Like I feel like the damage is done, and it makes me feel very ashamed of myself and that makes me want to isolate and push people away. Also how do you promote intimacy and vulnerability when so much has happened?
