What do you all do when you feel a panic attack coming on?

Like the title says, what are your recommendations when you feel like you’re going to have a panic attack? For context, my sleep cycle is almost completely reversed which makes me think I’m heading into hypomania. Hypo for me is not “fun” or productive at all; it just makes me super anxious and restless. I did take a Phenergan that I’m prescribed for nausea which does help with anxiety, but I’d like to know some additional tips. Thanks in advance!
