I almost stopped taking one of my meds

As the title says, the idea of stopping my Abilify has been on my mind for a few days now and tonight I almost skipped it but I felt a strong warning not to, and I didn’t! I was blaming the Abilify for my dullness when I now think it’s the depression itself, and stopping Abilify on my own would’ve been a reckless decision, especially since it has been a godsend to me since January. I just gotta give the Lamictal more time. Anyway, I just wanted to share that small victory. Thanks for reading!
