Abilify kicks in quick

So today I was ruminating on how none of my friends talk to me anymore now that we’re in quarantine and I think I had the beginning of a hypomanic episode because I started huffing and puffing and getting really irritable, my heart started pounding, and I felt super anxious. This felt terrible so I took my meds a few hours early and now I’m really tired, although my heart is still beating a little heavy. I guess that means my meds work but I’m sad that my stability is starting to dwindle.
