Is it possible to have Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder?

Hello, does anybody have a duel diagnosis? I am diagnosed Bipolar but have recently stopped taking my meds as I felt they were not helping, since being off them for about 2 months I feel no different besides my emotions being stronger but I have a good grasp on it and am managing it well, however I am starting to question if maybe I could have a different diagnosis as maybe my symptoms align more with borderline personality. Any advice would be great.
