Medication woes

I'm on Paxil and Seroquel and the new higher dose isn't working, and even though it's been three weeks I've been asked to keep trying for three months before I get a review and a new medication.
It's kinda terrifying to be taking pills that in no way help and spending the next three months just wrecked from mood cycles.
