Being bipolar sucks
Post Body
I always suppress my emotions as much as I can because I know if they come out it’s hard to get out of it whether happy or sad even while I’m medicated. Lately the flood gates have been open and I just cry all day every day I don’t get it… why is it so hard to be normal. Why do we have to suffer like this.

I take mood stabilizer and antidepressants for the same reason as you. When I take too high a dose though I have zero emotions and my Dr wants me to still feel human emotions. I’m just going through a lot right now
