Does it ever get easier?

I’ve been struggling with rapid cycling and I don’t know if I’ve ever had real control over my emotions. I am not very self aware some times. Weekends are even harder than workdays because I have no drive or motivation to do anything. At least during the week I have to be there so it forces me to get up and have some sort of purpose. I honestly don’t know how to keep living inside my head it is so fucking hard. What is the best thing you ever did for yourself to help your bipolar mood swings or emotions? I need to be more disciplined and make healthier choices and routines but it never seems ti matter what or how hard I try I end up back here feeling stuck and overwhelmed and hopeless for my life and finding actual happiness
