Today I have to ask my doctor to up my meds

I’ve had a rough past 5 months and I keep denying that I’m in a depressive episode because I take my meds everyday and go to therapy but I can finally admit that it’s not enough. Life has won. I just wanted to vent. It really sucks sometimes when I realize that no matter what this disease will always win during the hard times.
