I just finished reading Befriending Bipolar by Oliver Seligman. I really enjoyed reading it from his perspective - he was diagnosed with BD in his teens and talks in great detail about his episodes and general experience.

I'm new to BD (only diagnosed last year) and now I'm very curious to read more books written by people with BD. Can anyone recommend some to me? Thank you in advance.
