Travelled to spend time with my BFs family over Christmas. Been away since Friday and haven't taken my meds since Thursday evening as I forgot to pack them in a rush. Won't be able to take them again until Friday.

I don't even know how long it takes for the lithium to start leaving your system, but I'm absolutely paranoid I'm withdrawing and going manic. Doesn't help that we've been getting drunk pretty much all day every day, so the hangovers might be mimicking withdrawal side effects. But my sex drive has gone absolutely through the roof, from it's usual already high state. This is a sure sign of mania in my past experience. But again this might be back we can't fully embrace it atm as we're staying on a pull out sofa in his aunts small house and we've been struggling to find alone time as a result.
