Has anyone had any success with their work life? I currently work in the medical field and it’s absolute horse shit. I do the job of 5 people. I am completely overwhelmed and have notified management that my work load is highly unreasonable with no avail. Some days I work 12 hours with no coverage for a lunch break. Management has zero empathy. I was trying to see if anyone has found a career or job that makes a livable wage. I need to make a switch to something less stressful, more flexible and higher pay (currently make $16.50). Any life experience or wisdom that could be shared? I am at my wits end 😓
