I’ve barely left my house for weeks maybe months tbh. Been going through a low period. Seems to be lasting longer than I’m used to. I usually mow my lawn and my Neighbor’s once a week but could not make myself do it and let it go for a extra week or more. I know it seems small, but my lawn seems like this barometer for my mental health. It didn’t fix all my issues but I’m glad I just finally did it. Small victories.
