On this, the other bipolar subreddits and some Facebook groups I'm in, it seems like there's always amazing art, poetry, music, writing etc being posted.

Meanwhile i'm over here super jealous because my manic episodes can mostly be categorised by horny, spendy and self destructive and my depressive episodes as horny, spendy, sad and self destructive.

I just have no creative talent at all. I don't mind writing, but I don't take any joy in doing it and when I do it always ends up being consumed by the horny side of my episodes. Less creative, more smutty. But artistically and musically I have tried but have zero talent for.

Don't get me wrong I really enjoy seeing other bipolar people posting their talents and welcome it at every opportunity, especially as any positive way to channel our mania and emotions in a none self destructive way is excellent. I'm just mad jealous 😂
