Post Body
How do you all manage your manic episodes when they come on? Now that I know what to look for, I can sense when a manic episode is starting. Being self aware is almost torture. I see myself saying and doing things that I either don't want to be doing or its like I'm watching from outside my body with no feelings either way. Like, I'm totally apathetic to what I need or want. Is anyone able to ground themselves? I just feel so helpless and really alone. Not sure how to cope.
