I’m a rapid cycler. I was diagnosed with presents depression disorder with major depression episodes and manic bipolar. Been living with this for years but it’s getting really bad and might cost me my marriage. Any advice on how to deal with this. I just started seeing as therapist yesterday (but off and on for years) and I have marriage counseling today but I fear it may be too late. It’s getting harder and harder to just do anything.
