So any of you live life strictly? What I mean is, no junk food, no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking, etc? I'm starting to think the best way for me to achieve my goals will be to understand that I have a completely addictive personality. I get addicted to anything and everything that's bad for me. Spoken as a former cigarette, daily other stuff, daily bottle of wine, binge eating person. Am I just kidding myself that I can do things that are bad for me in moderation? Do I need to develop some self discipline and pay attention to what I put into my body? I'm betting it would make me feel better.
