How much sleep is too much sleep?

I’m on all my meds to stabilize my sleep patterns and it helps for sure during mani but sometimes I’ll have like a week where if I don’t sleep 11-12hrs it’s just unbearable to function.

Does anyone else get like this? Are they habits I can form to change this or is this just what it is and I should make room for that much sleep?
