how do you know if you’re a good fit for a role?
Post Body

I’m really interested in an investigator role and I’m speaking to the recruiter in a week abt the role. I am an operator and have been given a lot of support tasks bc management thinks I am careful with documentation and knowledgeable about our area SOPs. I’m 1 year into my ops role and strangely I’m not sure if I’m a good fit for the inv role, as I usually see/hear about specialists and/or those with 2 years pharma experience getting the role
