If I imagine eating chocolate vividly in my mind. Or someone/something I like. What chemicals am I receiving from the brain which makes me feel good?
Can a thought order to brain release those chemicals?

Interesting idea, but we do not yet understand the brain to an extent that would allow us to be blissful on demand. There was a study done in mice where they implanted an electrode in to its reward pathway. And every time the mouse pressed a button, the electrode was activated and stimulated the reward pathway. So the mouse was able to be blissful when ever it wanted to be. But the problem was that the mouse got addicted to pressing the reward button, and it was rejecting food because food could not give it nearly the same feeling as the button. So in the end it starved to death.
So there are many challenges with this idea. But maybe we can someday solve these challenges and be blissful all the time!
