Post Body

Hi everybody, I don't know if there is a dedicated subreddit for researchers, anyhow I'll try here.

Does anybody have experience with ddPCR? I'm reading an article with this technique involved and they describe a normalization with an housekeeping gene. This detail makes me frowned since ddPCR is supposed to be an absolute quantification of mRNA. Why is that?

Any clarification, or indication for the proper subreddit, would be much appreciated, thanks a lot!
