Request: Looking for Optical Transfer Function (OTF) file for an Olympus 40x air microscope objective
Post Body

We recently acquired an "Olympus UplanFl 40x/0.75 Ph2 inf/0.17" air objective for our Applied Precision DeltaVision microscope, which does deconvolution using SoftWorx. We do not have the appropriate OTF file for this objective in order to properly deconvolve images from it.

If anyone out there has a DeltaVision scope with an Olympus base, could you please look in your OTF folder for the correct OTF for this objective? Even better if you actually have this objective and have successfully deconvolved with your OTF file.

Odd request, I know. Thanks!
