Anyone know what type of fungi or microorganism this is?

I was trying to ferment mulberry fruit (just saline solution with mulberry fruit extract) and inoculated the substrate with lactobacillus sp. I have found these things around 3-4 of them floating around the fermentation liquid. The water extract used was vacuumed funnel and freeze dried, so i doubt it to be fruits.
any idea what fungi or bacteria this is?
