I have about 11 months to prepare for Msc scholarships in bioinformatics as a senior undergraduate, how should I go on about it?
I am currently working on my math background all the way to multivariable calculus and linear algebra.
I am also finishing Stat115 - harvard bioinformatics which gives a general overview about most aspects of bioinformatics like (RNAseq, nextgenseq...etc)
I know how to use Bash, Python and I am getting invested into Machine learning.
Finally, I am working on my English as hard as I can, practicing both written and verbal English.
Thoughts? Books? Skills? Tools? Projects? If you would like to recommend from any of those it would be great.
