RNA sequencing sample number ?
Post Body
Currently usually how many samples would be needed for RNA sequencing to achieve sensible/publishable results ? (I mean like some journals/reviewers they would ask you to sequence more during review to increase the statics)
For example for WT vs KO how many samples would be needed for each group to do the sequencing ? 3vs3 ? 2vs2 ?
Thx.
