How to find Chip-Seq Peak Heights and Peak Breadths?
Post Body

I'm using this portal and I with to have peak heights and breadth data, but I am unsure of how?

According to their docs they just specify the start and end, and a MACS value (that i think might be related to height, but i'm not sure).

For additional context: I'm trying to recreate this30334-3.pdf) paper for an undergrad project.

(context: i'm from a computer science background with some units in biology, but not enough to intuit my way through the data)

Optional/Additional question: the paper mentions gene expression data, can I use the above portal's ChIP-Seq: RNA, instead of RNA-seq ? If not, where is a good portal that is not confusing to use that I can use?

Thank you for all the help.
