Hi. Does anyone have some kind of a short term fix for having anemia, I feel like it just got worse the last time I has blood drawn (2 weeks ago) I feel like I'm constantly suffocating, I can't breathe. The results came back and the ferritin(29 / 13-150ug/l ) level was low and MCHC (311 / 315-360g/l ) or like 'consentration of hemoglobin in red bloodcells' was down.
Does anyone know if having anemia makes pms/pmdd worse? Last month was almost like I had no symptoms at all until like one day before bleeding but I feel really moody and suicidal and have chest pain and it's still supposed to be a week away (I have this app that estimates that).
Thanks for anything in advance.
Update,16/4
I called in, said I wanted a doctors appointment for the blood test results showing up with low numbers, the lady on the line told me to wait a few days, that she'll consult the doctor and I'll see the results in the web-database thing. They're not doing jack's shit about it and I hate the new healthcare reformals. Everything has just been made even harder, I can't even get a fucking appointment with a doctor, I can't book an appointment trough the web like it used to be. My hometown no longer has emergency reception at night. Everything is shit. I hope I fucking collapse in the middle of the street and die as a result. I'm fucking DONE.
I definitely feel better but still not amazing. I have read that 100 is a good target number and I have no idea how to actually get there.

I have the same issue. I've been supplementing iron for 2 years and got my ferritin up from 6 to 40 in the first year but the second year it hasn't budged and it's stuck at about 39.
