Do you need an engineering degree to be in a biomedical engineering program

Currently majoring in biology and reaching my final year. A program my school has is a MS and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering with Cleveland Clinic Lerner college. I was wondering do you need a Engineering degree prior for programs like that, or going in with just a biology degree is fine.
