I was really excited to watch this episode as I've always been a fan of KOTH but ended up being a little disappointed by it.

One of my main gripes is that he forgot to add a tablespoon of orange juice to the Apple Brown "Peggy" which kind of misses the whole point of the episode in the first place which is that even though Peggy's recipes were fairly generic, she always had her own unique twist on it to make it special.

In BWB episode, it feels like he just made a generic regular version of Apple Brown Betty and Spaghetti & Meatballs.

I know a tbsp of orange juice wouldn't make much of a difference but I was expecting a babish take on it, maybe some orange juice mixed with the apples and some orange zest on top maybe?
