Tone of babish videos now?

I hope its just me but ever since babish moved to the new kitchen his videos feel less warm. I still greatly appreciate the videos and im glad he's where he wants to be but for me the videos really seem cold, all the steel, the lack of earthy colours, the lack of colour at all. It feels like (to me at least) he's removed the more relaxed and "anyone can cook" tone of his videos and is now more focused on the professionalism of his videos and food.
