Literally cannot play this game. I've done everything but I still can't use certain items. I'm using an Xbox series x controller I believe. Regardless those same items don't even work on the keyboard. Both are connected via Bluetooth. The keyboard through an adapter and the controller through my PCs Bluetooth. Though even when plugged directly into the PC it still does the same thing.

I've redownloaded the drivers. I've gone into the settings of Isaac and done everything I could in both the in game options and the ini folder. The support for this game is awful and they haven't gotten back to me. I've tried updating everything I could update. No change. Every other controller does the same thing as well. Every single thread I've read just ends with no solution. Or the solution doesn't work for me. This does not happen with any other game.

It seems like it's recognizing the controller as two controllers. Or maybe even both keyboard and controller. I've gotten two battery charges and when using an item that actually works it just uses it and there's not another charge left. I have no clue what to do here and I genuinely can't play the game. Please help
