[3ds] i have gone through the steps to unlock the lost 4 times without success any help / hacks? Thanks!

Followed the seeds. I have unlocked the lost before on this 3ds with other save files that I have since deleted so I know I can do it. Anyone have this problem? Seems like a bug.
