Save files gone and achievements disabled?

I already posted a pic that my save is gone but now apparently achievements are also disabled in game? Like all my save files exist on another folder but it isn’t showing anything in game?
Edit: oh okay i forgot about mods being blocked before killing mom’s heart but that does not solve the first problem
