Greedier Mode: (almost) always stop at wave 4 or 5

It seems that even if you do all waves without stopping them by hitting the button, only a maximum of two waves will give two coins instead of one. So stopping the waves halfway through doesn't decrease the amount of coins you could potentially get and can save you from being overwhelmed by the ridiculous number of enemies that can spawn.
