It looks like there might be a new series of items to unlock by defeating each area or relevant boss for each character. It seems that Blue Womb, Ultra Greed, and now Mega Satan all unlock new items.
Purpose of this post was to ask you guys and confirm that information, so I do not spread misinformation. Thanks!
If this is true, I can start a new thread and we can begin archiving which items are unlocked for each character and boss if that interests you folks.
