So earlier today i beat isaac for the first time at the cathedral, i got another really good run an hour ago but i decided to go through a different door that lead down to this boss that was like a blue goop thingy. Im not sure what I fought since i only went there cause it looked interesting. What did i fight and was i supposed to or does it matter?
